In mid 2016 our UX team at SiriusXM decided to start anew with a style guide. This was definitely a team effort, but I ended up being one of the largest contributors.
I was responsible for forms, buttons, tabs, images, grids and WCAG. There was also a significant amount of work invested parsing each section out into php modules to make it easier to update.
